Eligibility:
- You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase for the following reasons:
- You received a product that is not as described.
- The product is defective or damaged.
- You accidentally purchased the wrong product.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Downloads that have already been accessed.
- Products purchased outside of the 30-day window.
- Products that are damaged due to user error.
How to Return:
- Contact us within 30 days of your purchase at declan@anthonyex.com.
- Let us know the reason for your return and the product you wish to return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product electronically. We may request proof of purchase and the reason for your return.
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 20 business days.
Exchange Policy:
- We currently do not offer exchanges for digital products.
- If you purchased the wrong product, you can return it for a full refund and then purchase the correct product separately.
Additional Information:
- Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not eligible or that do not comply with our return policy.
