Steps for Users to Use the Comment Generator:
- Fill in the Form:
- Enter the Student’s Name in the first input box.
- In the second box, enter the Topic(s) Discussed during the warm-up. This could be a trip, an activity, or any subject you covered.
- Enter the Activity that was done during the lesson (e.g., role-play, sentence practice, textbook).
- Provide the Key Phrases learned in the lesson. You can separate each phrase with a new line or a comma.
- Click ‘Generate Feedback’:
- After filling in all the details, click the ‘Generate Feedback’ button.
- Review the Generated Feedback:
- The feedback will appear below the form in a grey box.
- You can copy the feedback directly from the generated area to use.
- Modify or Regenerate Feedback:
- If you want to modify any input (like the student’s name or key phrases), you can change the values in the form and click the ‘Generate Feedback’ button again.
- The system will randomly choose one of the pre-defined comment templates to give you a unique response each time.
- If you don’t like the comment, simply click the “Generate Feedback” button to change it.
